Normally, when you think of a pool joint, you don't expect to find a pork loin glazed in a maple bourbon reduction on the menu. But that's the beauty of The Rack's split personality. Located as an adjunct to the Westfield Promenade, there are many reasons to visit. It could be the 17 "elegantly carved" pool tables; the flat screen HDTV's; or just the range of global goodness that emerges from chef/co-owner Elon Kviatkovsky's intriguing menu. Many of the dishes are even served with a wink-wink such as the cue ball salmon, "tortizzas" (pizzas served on tortilla thin crust) and the "I've got crab cakes."
